Terms & Conditions

WHEN ORDERING:

  • When ordering painted furniture, please specify the following information: item code/body color/panel color/trim color/design (if applicable).

  • Purchase orders will not be processed unless signed by an authorized buyer.

  • Orders are shipped when ready unless a shipping date is specified in writing at the time the Furniture is ordered.

  • Designer's approval of shop drawings and/or finishes may extend the date of delivery.

  • Shop drawing submittal: Two (2) weeks after order is received.

  • All Purchase Orders are subject to acceptance by Silverline Furniture Corp.

  • Delays on the customer's own materials may extend the date of delivery.

  • Delivery dates can only be estimated unless special arrangement has been made.

  • Silverline Furniture cannot be held responsible in any manner due to unforeseen delays.

  • By the issuance of the purchase order from the customer to Silverline the customer agrees to adhere to this terms and conditions. This terms and conditions are non-negotiable.

  • Silverline Furniture is not responsible for third party materials used.

PRICES:

  • Prices are FOB our Miami Warehouse.

  • Prices quoted are guaranteed for 60 days.

  • 50% deposit with purchase order; balance due before delivery. Orders will not be processed until the deposit is received.

  • Balance must be paid within 7 days of notice of arrival on the furniture.

  • An 18% charge will applicable and due on all past due invoices.

  • Silverline Furniture reserves the right at its discretion to sell any furniture that is left in our warehouse over 5 days and the deposit will not be refunded.

  • The buyer/customer agrees to pay storage and hauling charges to Silverline, a third party company or moving company if Silverline chooses to place any items left in our warehouse for more than 5 days of arrival.

  • Buyer/Customer agrees to refund Silverline Furniture for Attorney's fees and/or court fees in connection with any collection.

  • All prices are subject to change. Please call for verification of prices prior to placing order.

  • Items are billed at the prices in effect at the time the furniture order is written.

  • Packing and delivery of the items is not included unless specified in the proposal or invoice.

CANCELLATION:

  • If the order includes custom items, the order cannot be cancelled nor will a refund be given.

  • There is a 50% restocking charge (based on the total sale amount) if it is determined that a cancellation is possible.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY:

  • All shipments are sent freight collect unless previous arrangements have been made. For prepaid shipments, we require payment of the estimated shipping cost prior to delivery. If the actual shipping cost exceeds the estimated shipping cost, the difference will be billed after shipment.

  • Consignee should carefully inspect all furniture upon receipt and note any damages on the transportation carrier's bill of lading. Any freight claims are to be filed directly with the transportation carrier. Silverline will not assume any responsibility once the freight is picked up.
